Orders and shipping
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Shipping is 50 EGP, free for orders over 1,000 EGP. We confirm every order and address on WhatsApp before shipping; delivery time depends on the governorate.
Returns and exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Medicines, medical supplies and opened food are non-returnable for safety reasons.
If you receive a different or defective product, contact us on WhatsApp and we will replace it at our expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
Privacy and data
The data we collect (name, phone number, address) is used only to fulfil your order and contact you about it, and is never shared with third parties other than the shipping company. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available, and any extra payment fees are shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm.
