Usage & returns policy

Welcome to فيت إيجيبت. This policy explains the rules for using the website and the terms of ordering, shipping and returns. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Use of the website

The website is intended for ordering pet supplies and veterinary products and for booking consultations. You must use it lawfully, provide accurate information, and avoid any use that harms the site or others. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unlawful activity.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and cover the product value only unless stated otherwise. Every order is reviewed before shipping and we may contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the details. If a price changes or stock runs out after ordering, we will inform you before shipping and let you choose to continue or cancel at no charge.

3. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Shipping is calculated by governorate and shown clearly before you confirm, and it is free for orders over 1,000 EGP. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays or courier delays; we follow up on your shipment with you until delivery.

4. Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Products damaged by misuse or improper storage are not eligible. To start, send us a photo of the product and your order number on WhatsApp.

Medicines, medical products and opened or perishable food are non-returnable for safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or different from what you ordered. If the mistake is ours, we cover the cost of replacement and shipping.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the amount is refunded through the same payment method within a maximum of 14 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours or the product arrived damaged. Additional charges may apply if the product is returned in a different condition.

6. Medical products and consultations

Information and articles published on the site are for educational purposes and are not a diagnosis or prescription. Consult a veterinarian before using any medicine or supplement, especially for pregnant, young or chronically ill animals. Veterinary consultations are provided by specialised vets according to availability.

7. Warranty and liability

We guarantee that products are genuine and match their description. Our liability is limited to the value of the product and does not cover indirect damages resulting from misuse. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any shortage or damage within 48 hours.

8. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and designs on the site are owned by or licensed to فيت إيجيبت and may not be copied or republished for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to comply with laws and operations. The version published on the site applies from its publication date; please review it before each order.
